MOVIE about a man who was thrown out of his town and called a pedophille?

I think i watched it back in 2008, It was about a man, who was thrown
out of his small town becuase people called him a pedophille and
douchebag, he then lives with a news achnor who has a gay club
undernearth his house and gives him a job to sell organs in a
lunchbox, Then there is a famous counrty star he lives with,
It was a rather funny movie, i think the title was something on the
lines of *NAME* is a douchebag or something simlar,
