Soul Silver Team Help?

I am creating an only flying type team for competitive battle but so
far i only have 5 pokemon and 4 of them are weak to ice. I need a
flying type pokemon that is strong or neutral against ice that is good
in competitive battle. Please do not mention delibird or any other
stupid pokemon. Tis is my team so far;

Murkrow LV 24 Insomnia
Night Shade
Haze Pursuit
Wing Attack

Crobat LV 27 Inner Focus
Shadow Ball
Fly
Confuse Ray
U-Turn

Gyarados LV 25 Intimidate
Dragon Rage
Secret Power
Surf

Gliscor LV 27 Sand Veil
Faint Attack
Rock Smash
Quick attack
Screech

Xatu
Confuse Ray
Pluck
Lucky Chant
Hyper Beam

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Should I change any pokemon or
moves? And what should my 6th pokemon be? Oh and by the way im still
in the meta game.
